Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Dotto Card Co. We've designed our shipping policy to be straightforward and secure for your submissions. Please read the following details carefully before you ship your cards.

Submission Shipping

 

For every 10 cards you submit for grading, a flat fee of $22 covers shipping both ways. Once you've completed your order, we will send a shipping label directly to your email. Please use this label to ship your cards to us within two business days of receipt.

Shipping Insurance: Our shipping label provides insurance coverage up to $5,000. If your card's value exceeds this amount, please be aware that you are shipping at your own risk and discretion. We are actively working to increase our insurance coverage in the near future.

Shipping on Your Own: You have the option to ship your cards to us using your own carrier and at your own expense. However, please note that our $22 shipping fee is non-refundable, even if you choose to use your own shipping method.

Return Shipping

 

Once your grading order is complete, we will carefully package and ship your newly graded cards back to you. We ship a maximum of 10 graded cards per shipping box to ensure their safety. If your order contains more than 10 cards, they will be divided into multiple boxes. For example, if you sent in 12 cards, you will receive two boxes, each containing six graded cards. If you sent 32, you will receive four boxes, each with eight cards.

Return Shipping Insurance: Like our submission labels, return shipping also includes insurance coverage up to $5,000 per package.

Expedited Orders: Expedited grading services will receive expedited shipping.

Important Disclaimers

International Shipping: We currently do not offer international shipping. We plan to expand our services in the future.

Lost or Damaged Items: Dotto Card Co. is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during the shipping process. While we take the utmost care in packaging your cards—we're collectors too!—we have no control over the courier service. If an issue arises with your shipment, you must work directly with the courier company to file a claim and resolve the issue.

Accessory and non-grading purchases found in our shop: These are drop shipping purchases and we do not handle shipping, all sales are final. They are great deals though!
